Installing
How to install your eSIM
Step by step for iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi and other Android phones. Five minutes, at home over Wi-Fi. Most plans start only once you land, when your phone first connects to a network there; some count from installation — the ticket says which.

Which phone do you have?
Every phone has its own menus and its own fields for the code — we’ll show the steps for yours.
If something’s off
No internet after landing
Check steps 4 and 5: data goes through the eSIM and roaming is on for it. Still nothing — turn airplane mode on and off.
Does your phone ask for an APN?
Write to us and we will send the right value.
The QR code won’t scan
Choose “Paste the code”: the code from your ticket goes straight into Settings, nothing to scan.
Calls and texts
Our eSIM is data only. Your main number keeps receiving calls and texts — at your carrier’s rates.
Should I delete the eSIM?
Only once the plan has ended: a deleted eSIM usually can’t be installed again.
Didn’t work?
Write to us from your account — every eSIM has an “A problem with this eSIM?” link.
