GlobalPass online shop — Terms and Conditions
Version of October 2, 2026. In force from October 2, 2026.
§ 1. Who runs the Shop
- 1.The GlobalPass online shop at https://globalpass.techvisioncloud.pl (the "Shop") is run by Aliaksandr Nazaruk, a sole trader entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP (tax ID) 9512452796, REGON 529368437 (the "Seller").
- 2.The Seller's address for correspondence: ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31 lok. 119, 01-234 Warszawa, Poland.
- 3.Contacting the Seller:
- email: [email protected];
- the "Write to support" form in the Account (for signed-in Customers).
- 4.The Seller is not a mobile network operator. Data service under the Plans is provided by local network operators in the country where the Customer is, through the eSIM supplier the Seller uses. The Seller is the Customer's contracting party and is responsible to the Customer.
- 5.The Polish register of VAT taxpayers lists the Seller as VAT-exempt.
§ 2. Definitions
- 1.Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that the law grants legal capacity, using the Shop or entering into a Contract. An Account may be opened by an adult. A person aged 13 to 17 may open an Account and buy Plans with the consent of a parent or guardian, unless the law allows them to act alone — for example when they pay with pocket money, their own earnings or from their own bank account. A person under 13 may not open an Account.
- 2.Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person entering into a Contract not directly connected with their business or profession.
- 3.Sole trader with consumer rights — a Customer who is a natural person entering into a Contract directly connected with their business, where the Contract shows it is not of a professional nature for them (in particular given the business activities they have registered in CEIDG). They have the Consumer's rights described in § 10 and § 11 to the extent the law provides.
- 4.Account — the Customer's account in the Shop, protected by an email address and a password, where the Customer sees their eSIMs, their Installation codes, data usage, refunds and support conversations.
- 5.eSIM — a SIM card in electronic form, built into the device. After Installation a second SIM appears on the phone and carries the data; the Customer's usual SIM stays in the phone and works as before.
- 6.Plan — a data plan offered in the Shop for a stated country or region, with a set amount of data and a validity period, described on the Shop's page.
- 7.Installation code — the QR code and the matching activation code (text) that let an eSIM be installed on a device.
- 8.Installation — adding the eSIM to a device using the Installation code. The moment of Installation is recorded by the eSIM supplier and the Seller can check it.
- 9.Contract — the distance contract for the sale of a Plan between the Seller and the Customer.
- 10.Terms — this document.
§ 3. Services provided electronically and technical requirements
- 1.The Seller provides the following electronic services in the Shop free of charge:
- 1)browsing the Plans and checking whether a device model supports eSIM;
- 2)keeping an Account;
- 3)the Account forms "Write to support" and "Request a refund".
- 1)
- 2.Using the Shop requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a working email address.
- 3.Using a Plan requires a device that meets § 5(6) and internet access (e.g. Wi-Fi) at the time of Installation.
- 4.The Account agreement is made when the Account is created, for an indefinite period. The Customer may end it at any time by asking for the Account to be deleted (§ 4(5)). The Seller may end it for good reason (a breach of the Terms, a change in the law, the Shop closing) with 14 days' notice sent to the Account's email address. Ending it does not affect Contracts already made, including refunds owed.
- 5.The Customer must not send unlawful content to the Shop, in particular through the support and refund forms.
- 6.Using the internet carries common risks such as password phishing and malware. The Seller never asks for a password by email. The Installation code is shown only in the Account to its signed-in owner — do not share it with anyone, because it lets the eSIM be installed on someone else's device.
§ 4. Account
- 1.Buying a Plan requires an Account. Creating one requires an email address and a password (at least 8 characters). The Shop does not ask for a name, postal address or phone number.
- 2.Every eSIM bought is kept under the Account's email address, so enter it carefully. The Customer is responsible for keeping the password secret.
- 3.The Customer can change the password in the Account. After a change, all other devices are signed out.
- 4.A Customer who has forgotten the password can set a new one through a link sent to the Account's email address. Afterwards every device is signed out. Important: an eSIM whose Installation code has never been shown stays closed after such a reset, because access to a mailbox alone does not prove who the owner is. In that case, write to support from the Account. As that eSIM has not been installed, the Customer can always use § 9 and get the full price back. eSIMs already shown stay available.
- 5.The Customer may ask at any time for the Account to be deleted by writing from the Account's email address to the address in § 1(3). Before deleting it the Seller settles open matters (such as a refund owed). After deletion the Customer loses access to the Installation codes and usage readings; an eSIM already installed keeps working until the Plan ends. The Privacy Policy explains what data is kept after an Account is deleted.
- 6.A minor's parent or guardian may write to the address in § 1(3). At their request the Seller closes the minor's Account as described in paragraph 5. Where the law required the parent's or guardian's consent for a purchase, there was none, and the parent or guardian does not confirm the purchase, the Seller refunds the full amount paid to the same payment method within 14 days. The Seller may ask for confirmation that the message comes from the parent or guardian.
§ 5. Plans — what the Customer buys
- 1.Each Plan's description in the Shop states at least the country or region, the amount of data, the validity period and the price, together with the "Purchase and refund terms" and the device requirement, all visible before payment. These two texts are shown in the language of the page where the Seller has them in that language, and in English otherwise; under a text shown in Polish or Russian, "English original" shows the English text.
- 2.A Plan is for data only (internet). It includes no phone number, no voice calls and no text messages. The Customer's number stays on their usual SIM; calls through messaging apps work, because they use data.
- 3.For most Plans the validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the Plan's country or region. Some Plans count it from Installation. To be sure of not losing days before the trip, install the eSIM shortly before leaving or on arrival.
- 4.When the Plan's data is used up or its validity period ends, data service stops. Unused data expires and does not carry over. A Plan does not renew automatically and leads to no further charges. Topping up an eSIM is not available at present — to keep using data, the Customer can buy another Plan.
- 5.An eSIM that is never installed expires at the end of the period set by the eSIM supplier — currently 180 days from purchase. After that it cannot be installed, and the right in § 9 ends on the same day.
- 6.Device requirement. A Plan works on a device that supports eSIM and is not locked to a network operator (SIM lock). The list of models in the Shop is a guide, not a guarantee: what decides is whether the device shows an EID number (dial *#06#) and is not carrier-locked. Check this before buying. If after buying it turns out the device does not support eSIM, do not install the eSIM — the Customer can then use § 9.
- 7.APN. Most devices set the access point name (APN) automatically during Installation. If the device asks for it, support will give the right value.
- 8.Hotspot. Sharing the connection with other devices (hotspot, tethering) is not guaranteed. Whether it works depends on the local network operator and on the device.
- 9.Quality. Speed and coverage depend on the local operator's network, the location, network load and the device. The Seller does not guarantee coverage everywhere in the Plan's country or region. To avoid charges from their own carrier, the Customer should turn data roaming on for the eSIM and off for their usual SIM.
- 10.Do not delete the eSIM from the device before the Plan ends — it usually cannot be installed again. Once the Plan has ended, the eSIM can be deleted.
- 11.The Customer uses the Plan in line with the law of the country they are in and not for unlawful purposes.
- 12.The Seller may refuse to sell or deliver an eSIM where doing so would breach sanctions or other mandatory law; the Seller then refunds the full amount paid.
§ 6. Prices and payment
- 1.Prices in the Shop are shown in euros (EUR), Polish złoty (PLN) or US dollars (USD); the Customer chooses with the switch next to the prices, and until the Customer chooses one, the Shop shows the currency it assigns to the country the Customer connects from (euros where the country cannot be determined). Every price is the final price: all taxes are included and there are no extra charges (for activation, delivery or deposit).
- 2.Payment methods: payment card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (on devices that support them), BLIK — only when paying in złoty — and any other method the payment form offers for a given payment.
- 3.Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland). Card details and the BLIK code are entered in Stripe's form and never reach the Seller.
- 4.Payment is one-off, in advance and in full; the amount is taken as soon as the payment is confirmed. The Shop offers no subscriptions and no automatic renewal.
- 5.The price confirmed before payment holds for the time shown on the payment page (currently 30 minutes). If payment is not made within that time, nothing is charged and the Customer can choose the Plan again. Later price changes in the Shop do not affect orders already paid.
- 6.When paying with a card in a currency other than the price's currency, the Customer's bank may charge for the conversion. Paying a złoty price with a złoty card or BLIK, or a US dollar price with a US dollar card, involves no conversion.
- 7.Every purchase — with its date, price and currency — is shown in the Account under "Purchases". On the Customer's request the Seller issues an invoice; write to the address in § 1(3) within 3 months of the end of the month in which the purchase was made.
§ 7. How the Contract is made
- 1.To buy a Plan, the Customer:
- 1)chooses a Plan;
- 2)reads the Plan's description, the "Purchase and refund terms" and the device requirement;
- 3)signs in to the Account or creates one;
- 4)receives the confirmed price;
- 5)ticks the two statements above the payment button and pays by pressing the "Buy and pay" button showing the amount.
- 1)
- 2.The payment button works only once the Customer has ticked both statements shown above it; neither is ticked in advance. Pressing the button places an order with an obligation to pay. The Shop records with the order that both statements were made, the version of the Terms and the time. The statements are:
- 1)acceptance of the Terms and confirmation of having read the Privacy Policy;
- 2)the Customer's request for the eSIM to be delivered and the service to start straight away, before the withdrawal period ends (§ 10), acknowledging that on withdrawing within that period the Customer pays for the part of the service provided up to the withdrawal, and that once the service has been fully provided the right of withdrawal is lost.
- 1)
- 3.The Contract is made when the payment is accepted — that is, when the payment processor confirms that the payment has been accepted. Until then neither party is bound, and a failed payment takes nothing.
- 4.Once the eSIM is delivered, the Seller emails the Account's address to say the eSIM is ready and how to install it — in the language of the Contract (§ 7(5)), or in Polish and English where the Shop does not know that language; the email never contains the Installation code. The description of the Plan bought, its price and the date of purchase stay available in the Account, and the Terms in the Shop. On the Customer's request the Seller emails the Terms as they stood on the day the Contract was made.
- 5.The Contract is made in Polish, English or Russian — in the language of the page on which the Customer buys.
- 6.The Terms are available in the Shop at all times and can be saved or printed. Order details are in the Account.
- 7.One Account may have at most three started and not yet paid orders at a time.
§ 8. Delivery of the eSIM
- 1.The Seller delivers the eSIM as soon as the payment is accepted — usually within a few minutes. The eSIM then appears in the Account under "Your eSIMs", which the payment page opens once the eSIM is ready, and the Installation code is shown there. The Seller also sends an email saying the eSIM is ready; the Installation code itself is never sent by email.
- 2.The Installation code is shown only to the Account's signed-in owner, and every time it is shown is recorded for the Customer's security.
- 3.In exceptional cases — for example an unusual number or value of purchases on one Account — the Seller may hold delivery of the eSIM until a person has checked the order. The payment page and the Account then say that the order is being checked. If the order is confirmed, the eSIM is delivered; if it is not confirmed within the time in § 8(4), the Customer gets the full amount paid back as described there.
- 4.Deadline. The Seller delivers the eSIM within 60 minutes of accepting the payment at the latest. If for any reason — including a check — the eSIM is not delivered within that time, the order is cancelled and the Customer gets the full amount paid back to the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest. The Customer does not need to ask.
§ 9. Cancelling before Installation — full refund (the Seller's guarantee)
- 1.As long as the eSIM has not been installed, the Customer may cancel the Plan and get the full price back — for 180 days from purchase, without giving a reason.
- 2.To cancel, the Customer chooses "Request a refund" at that purchase in the Account, with the reason "The eSIM is not installed and I no longer need it", or writes to the email address in § 1(3).
- 3.The Seller checks with the eSIM supplier whether the eSIM has been installed. Every request is decided by a person, and the decision appears in the Account under "Refunds" within 14 days of the request.
- 4.The money goes back to the payment method the Customer used within 14 days of the request being granted; banks usually show it within 5–10 working days. If that proves impossible, the Seller agrees another way with the Customer, at no cost to the Customer.
- 5.Once the request is granted, the Customer may no longer install or use that eSIM.
- 6.After Installation, cancelling under this section is not possible: the network resource has been issued and cannot be returned. This does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 10) or the right to complain (§ 11) — for example when the eSIM was installed but the internet never worked.
- 7.The right in this section is an additional contractual guarantee from the Seller. It does not exclude or limit any right the Customer has by law.
§ 10. Statutory right of withdrawal
- 1.A Consumer, and a sole trader with consumer rights, may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the Contract is made (§ 7(3)).
- 2.To withdraw, it is enough to send the Seller a statement before the period ends — for example in the Account ("Request a refund"), by email to the address in § 1(3), or by post to the address in § 1(2). The model form (Annex 1) may be used but is not required. Sending the statement before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.
- 3.The Seller confirms receipt of the statement by email without delay.
- 4.A Customer who asked for performance to start before the withdrawal period ends (§ 7(2)(2)) and then withdraws pays for what was performed up to the withdrawal, in proportion to its extent. If the eSIM has not been installed, that amount is zero and the Customer gets the full price back.
- 5.The right of withdrawal does not apply where the Seller has fully performed the service with the Customer's express consent, given after being told before performance began that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed, and acknowledging this (the statement in § 7(2)(2)).
- 6.On withdrawal the Seller refunds the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the statement at the latest, to the same payment method unless the Customer expressly agrees to another; the refund costs the Customer nothing. After withdrawal the Customer may no longer install or use that eSIM.
- 7.Where the Customer has both the right in this section and the right in § 9, they may choose the more favourable one.
§ 11. Complaints
- 1.The Seller must supply a Plan that conforms with the Contract.
- 2.A complaint can be made:
- 1)in the Account — at the eSIM, through "A problem with this eSIM? Write to support", or through "Request a refund" with the reason "The eSIM is installed but the internet does not work", "The plan is not what was described" or "I paid but never received the eSIM";
- 2)by email to the address in § 1(3);
- 3)by post to the address in § 1(2).
- 1)
- 3.It helps to include the Account's email address, which purchase the complaint is about, what the problem is and since when, the country and network, the device model, and what the Customer asks for. None of this is a condition for handling the complaint — it only helps solve it faster.
- 4.The Seller answers a complaint within 14 days of receiving it, by email or in the Account. If the Seller does not answer within that time, a Consumer's complaint is deemed accepted.
- 5.If handling the complaint needs information from the eSIM supplier or the network operator, the Seller obtains it; the request then shows "With the network operator" in the Account. This does not extend the deadline in paragraph 4.
- 6.If the Plan does not conform with the Contract, the Customer may ask for it to be brought into conformity (for example a new eSIM or a fix), and where that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or to withdraw from the Contract with a refund of the price, as the law provides.
- 7.Complaints about the electronic services in § 3 (for example the Account not working) are made the same way.
- 8.For Customers who are neither Consumers nor sole traders with consumer rights, the Seller's liability for a Plan's non-conformity is excluded to the extent the law allows, and liability for damages is limited to the price of the Plan concerned.
§ 12. Liability
- 1.The Seller is liable to the Customer as the law provides. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights that mandatory law gives a Consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights.
- 2.The Seller is not liable for a Plan not working because of a device that does not meet § 5(6), because the Customer deleted the eSIM from the device, or because the Customer gave the Installation code to someone else.
§ 13. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- 1.A Consumer may use out-of-court ways of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular:
- 1)ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or a consumer organisation for help;
- 2)ask the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for mediation, or turn to a permanent consumer arbitration court;
- 3)use the bodies entered in the register of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies kept by the President of UOKiK (www.uokik.gov.pl).
- 1)
- 2.Taking part in such a procedure is voluntary for both parties.
§ 14. Personal data
The Seller is the controller of Customers' personal data. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed and what rights Customers have, and the Cookie Notice covers cookies; both are available in the Shop.
§ 15. Changes to the Terms
- 1.The Seller may change the Terms for good reason: a change in the law, in payment methods, in the eSIM supplier or in the Shop's services, or the need to keep the Shop secure.
- 2.The Seller tells Customers who have an Account about a change by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. A Customer who does not accept the change may end the Account agreement (§ 3(4)).
- 3.Contracts made before a change are governed by the Terms as they stood on the day the Contract was made.
§ 16. Final provisions
- 1.Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection given by the mandatory law of the country where they habitually live.
- 2.Disputes are decided by the common courts with jurisdiction under the general rules; a Consumer may also sue in the courts of their place of residence where the law allows. Disputes with Customers who are neither Consumers nor sole traders with consumer rights are decided by the court for the Seller's address.
- 3.These Terms are available in Polish, English and Russian; all three say the same.
- 4.These Terms are in force from October 2, 2026.
