What you can rely on

Only the promises we can actually keep.

  • The price is final

Taxes are already included. No activation fee, no deposit, no delivery charge.

  • Your number stays yours

The eSIM carries data only. Calls and texts continue on your existing SIM, on your own number, with no forwarding setup.

  • Nothing renews on its own

A plan is a one-off purchase with a fixed validity. There is no stored subscription and no automatic re-charge when the data runs out.

  • Full refund until you install

Changed your mind, or your phone won’t take an eSIM? Until the eSIM is installed you get all your money back, for 180 days after purchase. Once it’s installed, you can still withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, and if the internet never worked, request a refund in your account.

What is an eSIM

The SIM card slimmed down for 25 years. All that’s left is a QR code.

Modern phones already have the SIM built in. You scan our QR code — and a second SIM with data for your trip appears on your phone. Your usual SIM stays where it is.

Check your phone: dial *#06#. If a line called EID shows up, your phone already has an eSIM.
